Design flaw?

Dad came with us on Sunday and said the house appears to be really well constructed. The only thing he questioned is how could the bath frame be level with the window? With the kids splashing around in the bath the potential of water getting under the window frame and rotting the timber underneath is there. So we need to bring this up with SS.
