We went to see the progress tonight and found the front door unlocked so we were able to get some photos of where the plaster has gone up. Today they put up plaster around the entrance, study, master WIR and pantry.
We find it bazaar that the heating/cooling unit and air con ducts have not been put in before the plaster.
Our keys are still hanging in the Alfresco door which is open because the plaster is up against the doors so it can not be locked. Martin is going to request that the barrel gets changed as these keys have been sitting on site and anyone could have taken a copy by now.
There is damage to the toilet window frame, a pipe hanging out of the master wall further than the plaster so I am not sure how this will be fixed as the wall is bowed. Also the plaster sheets and cornices are stacked up right under the broken roof tile, if it rains....... well you know the rest! I am hoping they will replace the tile before the ceiling goes up and we end up with a patch job.
I think I might start a list of things pending to be fixed. I have spoken to Probie and she will address these things with SS on Wednesday.
