We have a site start - 9th Jan 2009

Yep they have started. The site scrape has been done, there is a mountain of dirt where the backyard will be and all the drains are in.

Concerns

1. There is no crossover protection down and they have had heavy earth movers over it that have already scraped the concrete, must ring Probie to pass it on the site supervisor as I don't want bug him just yet.
   
2. The neighbors across the road are building a Hamilton and they have very little room at the back of there house. They have also had a site scrape done and the muddy tire marks from the bulldozer indicates that their dirt is on our block! Why? Hmmm must ask Probie.
