Our colur consultant was as helpful as she could be with one hand tied behind her back. She seemed to only have access to the category of items but not the cost. We were lucky that we had been in to Hopetoun many times before and had made up our minds way before this appointment.
The colour appointment was a little frustrating, not knowing how much our choices were going to cost until later at contract seemed a little horse before the cart. It was a bit like going into a shop filling your trolley finding out how much it all is and then having to go and put some things back on the shelves.
Oh and my three most hated words "That's an upgrade"
