Went out again tonight so that Martin could see the slab finished. We are both excited to see the floor plans set out in concrete. It is great to be able to make out each room and see how much land we have left on the block. The backyard is bigger that we thought it was going to be so we are pleasantly surprised but also happy that it's not too big, less work = more family time!
We will probably take the boys out to ride their scooters on the slab sometime over the weekend and have a picnic on it. Slab Party time!

We only built once and I said that I will never do it again. Too many things to think about for me! Happy for someone else to do it so Congrats on finally building instead of renovating! Luv Shaz xoxo
